Ovrsight is operated by Spark Wonder Pty Ltd (ABN 65 687 206 515), Australia. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Ovrsight provides financial analysis and business intelligence tools for small business operators. The service is provided as-is. It is designed to help you understand your financial position — it is not a substitute for professional accounting, financial, or legal advice.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person or business entity.

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing period. You authorise Spark Wonder Pty Ltd to charge your payment method on file at each renewal. A GST invoice is provided for every transaction.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to your subscription features until that date. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

You retain ownership of all financial data you upload or enter into Ovrsight. We use your data to provide the service to you. We do not sell your data. We do not share individual business data with any third party except as required to operate the service (payment processing, hosting). See our Privacy Policy for full details.

To improve the quality of financial benchmarks and analysis, Ovrsight may use anonymised, aggregated data derived from financial information you provide. No individual business data is ever visible or attributable. This process is fully automated — no human reviews your data.

You agree not to use Ovrsight to process data you do not have the right to use, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, or to use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Spark Wonder Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Ovrsight. Our total liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. Ovrsight provides analysis tools — all financial decisions remain your responsibility.

Ovrsight is available to customers worldwide. Financial benchmarks are currently calibrated for the Australian market. International customers will see analysis based on general benchmarks which may vary from local industry norms. Tax obligations vary by jurisdiction — Stripe Tax is used to determine and apply the correct tax treatment for your location automatically.

We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We may update these terms — we will notify you by email if we make material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
